Let’s Look At Who Is Running In Ladies’ Skiathlon At Olympics

Leaders, Newsfeed
On Saturday the Olympic program in cross country skiing gets underway with the ladies' 7,7/7,5 skiathlon Today we make an effort to show you some of those who will be running in that race. Let's be fair & honest: there's a rather small chance that any of them will make it to the podium or even the flower ceremony after the finish in the skiathlon race. Television cameras are unlikely to stay on them for more than a few second during the broadcast. Which is rather pity & unfair - all of them are world-class skiers. Strong, dedicated and technically accomplished. We try to fill that gap by showing you how they look on or close to the ski tracks. Enjoy! Klæbo And Bolshunov: Things To Know About Two Brilliant Youngsters

This season started quite unexpectedly for the sport where a lot of athletes peak at around/after the tender age of 30 and it is not unknown to win a major race being close to 40 years of age. The second might not have such an impressive slew of victories yet – but he's close, very-very close – so much, in fact, that he's running second in the World Cup standings – Alexander Bolshunov of Russia, currently aged 20 (…
